These Terms and Conditions apply to any tours booked with Europephototours.com
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as by booking any tour with Europephototours.com you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Liability
With these terms and conditions, the participants agree as follow:
We are aware that the tour involves the risk of personal injury, death or loss (damage) to property. In consideration of the benefits derived by the trip, I/we voluntarily recognize and accept all risks thereof. I/we understand and agree on behalf of myself, my dependents, heirs, executors, and assigns, to release and hold harmless Europephototours.com and any of its employees, guides, or representatives, from any and all claims, including but not limited to liability for delays, monetary damages, illness, injuries, death, or for the loss of or damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions.

Insurance:
You must have medical insurance, for those attending international tours it must be valid overseas. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance, including
coverage for trip cancellation, loss and theft of baggage, and emergency evacuation. Strabo cannot be responsible for these expenses.

Itinerary:
Europephototours.com reserves the right to cancel or make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in its judgment, conditions warrant, without consulting the participants. Participants have no right to any refund or other considerations in the event of these itinerary changes.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT
Upon booking a tour, a 10% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
Final balance payment of the tour booked is required no later than 40 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 40 days of the tour start date should be paid in full.
All payments should be free of bank charges and credit card transaction surcharges.

BOOKING AGREEMENT

A booking is confirmed and these Terms and Conditions shall apply when Europephototours.com have received the applicable deposit from the client and the client has received written confirmation from Europephototours.com of such booking.
The client confirming the booking must be 18 years of age and above and agrees to provide full, complete and accurate information as requested by Europephototours.com to confirm the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A client may cancel their booking by notifying Europephototours.com
The applicable cancellation fees shall be determined with reference to the date on which the request to cancel is received by Europephototours.com and are expressed hereinafter as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled tour.
(a) Cancellation received 51 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged
(b) Cancellation received 50 – 40 days before the tour starts: 10% Cancellation Fee will be charged
(d) Cancellation received within 40 days before the tours starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged
(e) Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable clients at the time of booking.
